To make this magazine, we needed to find a topic that related to our lives. I chose to do a cover over baseball because I have played it for alomst 13 years. To get the baseball picture of me and all the other pictures, I had to go to google and save them to my U Drive. The next step was to scale and put all the pictures where I wanted them. Next I came up with my teasers as well as my headings and then edited them. I used many tools on them including: drop shadow, inner glow, outer glow, stroke, and other things. My hardest challenge wAs fixing my helmet because half of it had been cut out. To do this, I used the stamp clone tool and reformed the shape of it as best as I could. After this, I applied a gray, black, and white gradient layer to my background. This allowed for my white text to pop as well as my burgundy. My last step was putting the bar code on along with the price and date. This was sort of tough because it required me to do it in small text. This was a fun project and I think my cover turned out pretty good!
